Powerley is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will assist the team in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have strong problem-solving skills. In this role you will assist in deploying marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, adoption and engagement. You will be working with agency, internal and customer teams to prepare launch calendars, assets and files. In addition, you will assist in analyzing and reporting on marketing trends – interpreting marketing data and providing insights that will increase marketing performance. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining marketing calendars and status reports
  • Assist with the development, management, and execution of marketing content
  • Work closely with the other departments to produce promotional materials
  • Assist in publishing and analyzing content on social networks and outbound campaigns
  • Report on marketing key performance indicators
  • Analyze external and internal data using spreadsheet (Excel) models and CRM software tools
  • Conduct A/B tests with emails and push notifications and make recommendations
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts
  • Coordinate campaign creative requirements with agency partners and design department
  • Help manage relationships with external vendors and clients

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years work experience in marketing field
  • Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Creative ideas for advertising campaigns and problem-solving
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
