Rahul Prakash
Rahul has over twenty years of investing and management experience. He has been involved as an investor, manager, advisor and a board member for numerous companies, both nationally and internationally. He offers a unique perspective that helps companies realize the best value for their stakeholders and is an investor/owner-manager who has led a significant number of successful exits.

Chris Weiss
Chris leads the technology and customer services of Powerley’s end-to-end integrated software platform. Chris has 25+ years of technology leadership experience, including developing software, building systems, and providing a broad range of technology services. He prides himself on building a collaborative approach to innovation, drawing from both technology and business. Chris holds two bachelor's and two master’s degrees from Michigan State University.

Paul Wezner
Paul has more than 15 years' experience in the technology space, leading digital strategy, product management/marketing and client success organizations. Since joining Powerley as the company's first employee in 2015, Paul has emerged as a subject matter expert in the smart energy space, bringing multiple products to market, and serving on SECC board. Paul holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jason Sieloff
Jason has led Powerley’s Supply Chain Operations team since 2016. With over 25 years of experience developing supply chain and business strategies, Jason has brought this experience to Powerley and has laid the foundation for Powerley’s supply chain and logistics. He holds an MBA from FIU and a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Brandi Urquhart
Brandi heads the accounting/finance functions for Powerley. She has spent her entire professional career in the accounting field, where she developed a love for numbers. A proven professional bringing her progressive accounting experience with both public and private companies to the forefront. In additional Brandi has a knack for creating and improving processes, and posses strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Benjamin Noack
Benjamin brings 8 years of experience in web development, firmware development, and embedded systems design. He is leading Powerley’s hardware engineering efforts and managing the full product development lifecycle for Powerley’s innovative hardware products. Benjamin is a subject matter expert in programming languages, such as Javascript, Node.js, embedded Linux, C applications, and more. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University.

Nicole Bonneville
With over 20 years of marketing experience across diverse industries, Nicole is a seasoned professional known for her exceptional ability to connect companies with consumers using a wide range of platforms and tools. Since joining Powerley in 2019, she has become a go-to person for our clients and internal team. She has successfully implemented data-driven strategies that have resulted in significant gains and brand recognition for our energy partners, as well as for Powerley. Nicole received her BA in Marketing and MBA from Walsh College.

John Sember
John is a highly skilled hardware engineer with 15 years of experience and a passion for developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems. John joined Powerley in 2023 with a strong background in rapidly prototyping innovative solutions to unique problems. He has quickly adapted to our unique needs, new technologies, and client expectations. His attention to detail has enabled him to identify potential issues proactively, resulting in streamlined development processes and superior end products. John received his BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and his MS from Lawrence Technological University.

James Bumbaugh
Jim brings over 20 years of legal experience to the team, from both large law firms and as internal General Counsel. Jim’s expertise entails intellectual property, marketing, technology transactions, data privacy compliance and commercial transactions. As General Counsel, Jim has developed a keen understanding of the unique needs and concerns of Powerley’s utility partners. Jim oversees all legal and compliance matters affecting Powerley and addresses issues related to regulatory compliance, terms of service, infringement concerns, false advertising, and third-party content permission and licensure. Jim is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds both a BA and JD from Michigan State University.
